Banky W Speaks On Macron’s Visit To Fela Shrine

Popular Nigerian Singer cum Actor, Banky Wellington has spoken on the planned visit of President of France, Emmanuel Macron to Fela Shrine later today.

The singer on his Twitter page described the visit as iconic and historic.

He further disclosed that he will be the host of the event tagged, ‘Celebration of African culture’.

“In absolutely epic and iconic news. The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, will visit Nigeria tomorrow (Now today) for an event at the SHRINE called, “A celebration of African Culture. I feel extremely honored to be chosen as the MC for this historic occasion.” Banky W tweeted.

Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari is billed to hold bilateral talks with the French President at the presidential villa, Abuja, today at 4.00pm.

Macron is expected to discuss issues bordering on security and terrorism with President Buhari.

He will after his engagement with Buhari visit the Afrika Shrine, a nightclub in Lagos founded by Nigerian music legend, Fela Anikulapo Kuti.
