REAL MADRID WANT TO EXTEND KARIM BENZEMA’S CONTRACT

Real Madrid is looking to extend Karim Benzema’s stay at the club, reports Marca.

The Frenchman is one of Madrid’s longest-serving players, having joined the club back in the summer of 2009, and the Bernabeu giants are keen for him to stay the club in the long term.

“He is going to be with us for many years,” is a phrase that has often been heard at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu and such an extension would keep both parties happy.

Karim Benzema vital in last weekend’s 2-1 victory over Athletic Club, while he also scored a brace against Eibar on Los Blancos’ previous Basque outing two weeks earlier.
